No, our in-house membership plan cannot be combined with dental insurance. The membership is designed as an alternative for patients without insurance, offering exclusive savings and benefits for a fixed monthly fee. If you have dental insurance, we recommend evaluating which option best meets your needs.
Yes, additional family members do not have to be related to the primary membership holder. They can be friends, roommates, or anyone aged 18 or older.
The primary membership holder is responsible for the entire membership payment. Only one card is charged per month for the total dues, including any additional members.
Our practice focuses exclusively on adult dental care. We specialize in treatments and services designed specifically for patients aged 18 and older.
Each plan allows up to six total members (including the initial member).
Dues are billed monthly or annually. You can choose your preferred payment schedule when you sign up.
Memberships require a 12-month commitment each time you sign up because the benefits are distributed on an annual basis (e.g., exams, cleanings, and discounts). Month-to-month cancellation after the initial term is not available.
Memberships can be canceled with a 15-day written notice before the end of the 12-month period. Early cancellations before the term ends are not allowed as membership benefits are structured around yearly care and savings.
Missed payments may result in the suspension of benefits. Please contact our office if you experience issues with payment.
Yes, Premier members receive a 20% discount, while Elite members enjoy a 25% discount on cosmetic services.
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Upgrading will reset your 12-month commitment.
